The system enables you to customize several settings relating to your use and display of company information and general system preferences. These settings are contained in the Master Company Table which can be accessed in the Setup area.
Administrator Authority Required
If your user profile is setup with Administrator Authority (SysAdmin), the Setup link will be displayed in the upper right-hand corner of the display screens next to the My Settings and Logout links. If you do not see the Setup link, then your user profile does not have the authority to access the system setup screens.
Accessing The Settings For: Company Settings
Select the Setup link at the top of your screen. The System Setup Screen will then be displayed. In the submenu titled Enterprise Settings, select the General Settings menu option.
The Master Company Table will then be displayed. It displays the settings used for your company. Below is an example:

Company Name
The name of your company.
Admin Email Account
The Email address where system administrator messages are to be sent.
User-Defined Pages / User-Defined Edit Pages
Access to the functions for customizing the display and edit pages for Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities. These are also the same functions that are located in the Customizable Settings menu - Detail and Edit Pages menu option.
Session Timeout
Enables you to set the time (in minutes) that's allowed before a session will timeout.
Email Export DB
A copy of your database can be sent in MS Access format (*.mdb) via email to a specified email address. You are limited to 1 use per month of this feature, and your total database size must be less than 25mb. The user Id of the last person to request an export, and the email address it was sent to will also be displayed.
Logon Help
Used to specify the location of a logon help web page.
Internal Logo Image
The current Logo Image configured for use by the program. This image can be changed to your own company logo by using the New Image field located just below. Note: the image is about 138 pixels wide x 69 pixels in height. GIF and JPEG format images work best. Large BMP format files should NOT be used - they will significantly slow down the refresh speed of your browser as you navigate the system.
New Image
The file location and filename for the Logo Image. Once an image file has been selected, you can update the image shown in the Internal Logo Image field by selecting the Update Image button.
Show Logo In Menu?
If you wish to display the Logo Image in the program menu, check the checkbox.
Log Changes?
If you wish to log all changes made in the system, check the checkbox. (This is a Pro Edition feature).
Use Territories
If you wish to use the Territory feature, then you can check this box. See the following help topic link for more information about using Territories.
Use Account Teams
If you wish to use the Account Teams feature, then you can check this box. See the following help topic link for more information about Account Teams. (This is a Pro Edition feature).
Add Email All To Notes?
If you wish to have a copy of the email sent using the Email All command added to every contact recipients notes database, then check the checkbox.
To save any changes, select Finish.
Select Close if you want to discard any changes and close the form window.
