² Additional storage can be purchased in blocks of 10MB for an additional $1 per month. For Standard thru Pro levels, storage is allocated per user. For example, if you have 10 users on Pro, you will be allocated 1G of storage.

³ Free conversion is offered for a limited time. Only the first conversion of a single  file or ACT! database. Requires at least a 5 user Pro account signup.

¡ Mass Email limits vary depending on the amount of users you have purchased and what level of service you have purchased. For Standard you are allocated 5,000 emails per user, for Pro you are allocated 10,000 emails per user. These are all per month numbers and the combined total represents your max for your account. For example, if you are a Pro customer with 5 users, you have a max of 50,000 emails per month that may be sent.

Advanced Territory Management
For those who want to easily manage territories SJ has made it very easy to setup and use.  Easily setup territories like East, Southeast, West etc...  Assign users to one or many territories, make them territory managers and more.

Quick Activities
Quick activities are shortcuts for logging the creation and/or completion of an activity in one quick step.  You can create as many predefined templates as you like.  Using quick activities tremendously speeds up the process of "working" the leads and contacts.

Automated Activities and Emails
These are also called follow-up templates or activity workflows.  They consist of any number of related activities or emails that can scheduled for a contact in one click.

Account Teams (high level security)
This is for those who want to assign users down to accounts.  This is a high level of security and is very granular used mainly for outside-sales reps.

Audit Logs and  Email Alerts
Most actions are logged to a log history that can be used to identify "who did what" to each record and when.  The log contains before and after data so you can see what got changed.  The email alerts notify users of changes, deletes, posted notes, or edits to their records.
