Installing & Running
Many of the downloads are programs that will need to be installed on your computer.  You may want to right-click and Save Target As to save the file locally to your hard drive.  Things you will need are:

1. Your Company ID used to login to SalesJunction.com

2. Your User ID

3. Your Password

Things such as the sync tools and email plug-ins will require you to enter your login information to be able to use the tools.

When downloading a file, be sure to save it to your computer in a spot you can find it, then run it after the file has downloaded.

Uninstalling
If you downloaded a program and wish to uninstall it.  You can either look in the Programs folder where it was installed to find an "uninstall" link or go to Add-Remove Programs in your Control Panel to remove it.  If the program is running, close it and make sure any tray-icons have been closed also before uninstalling.
