Does your system support international and European/UK date formats? Also, does it support international phone numbers? |

Yes we do have International/European customers. The date format can be changed in the My Settings area (top of the page), and for the reports, the date can be changed in the report writer itself - you go into Setup-Enterprise Settings->Report Writer. Find any reports you want to change and change the data format from mm/dd/yy to dd/mm/yy. We default to US format since about 90% of our customer base uses that format.
As for the phone numbers, we can turn off the automatic formatting. If you put in more than 10 numbers it should not auto-format anyway, but we can totally turn off formatting if you want. Just emails us at support@salesjunction.com
